Eastern Carolina's Best
50YR MANUFACTURER
WARRANTIES ON EVERY ROOF
At Life Construction, we're proud to offer Owens Corning's 50-Year Preferred Protection Warranty — one of the strongest warranties in the roofing industry. As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we provide exclusive warranties for materials and workmanship for up to 50-years on qualified roofing systems.
This means your investment is protected not just against defects in the shingles, but also the hefty expense of labor — something most roofing companies simply can't match.

THE FORTIFIED
ROOFING SYSTEM
Year after year, tough storms and hurricanes pound the East Coast. That's why the FORTIFIED roofing system exists — it's the result of years of research and real-life testing. Unlike standard options, IBHS's FORTIFIED system stands out for its strength ratings. It's designed to give your coastal roof a fighting chance when the next big storm rolls in.
If you own a home on the coast, there's a real opportunity here: eligible NCIUA policyholders may qualify for up to $6,000 toward an IBHS FORTIFIED Roof™, subject to current program eligibility, funding availability, and program requirements. Don't leave that money on the table.
